Store General Manager/GM: -As a Retail General Manager, you must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level as well as demonstrate excellent team leadership skills. Furthermore, you must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.
-Additional requirements of the Retail General Manager include:
-Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial resultsPrevious management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountabilityAbility to create and maintain a customer focused culture Store Assistant Manager: -Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations-Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture-Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment-Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives-Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Service Porter: -The main job of the service porter is to make sure the showers, restrooms, store and outside parking lot are neat and clean.-Service porters are responsible for making sure the reserved parking spots are only occupied by customers who have paid for them and that the rest of the lot has ---- organized parking with trucks and cars parked separately.-Individuals with maturity, calmness, patience, and understanding will be the best fit for this role.-Ability to use powered cleaning equipment to pressure wash the lot as needed is also required for this role. Cashier: -Provide guests fast and friendly service-Maintain inventory-Operate cash registers-Ability to complete accurate sales transactions-Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed-Ability to work as part of a team-Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays Porter: -As a Porter, you will need to be skilled maintaining a safe and clean retail environment. -You will need to clean shower areas, restrooms, floors throughout our facility, and the large truck parking lot. -This position requires good communication skills and good personal grooming habits. -Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift, using powered cleaning equipment, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Fryer: -The main job of the fryer will be to prepare and have the fried food ingredients ready for the team members on the menu item assembly line to utilize. -The fryer is responsible for frying and seasoning the main signature ingredient of Taco John's which are the Potato Oles. -The fryer will also be responsible for the upkeep of the fryer. Individuals with previous experience working with fryers will be given preference for this position but everyone is welcome to apply as training is offered on the job. -Individuals applying for this position should have the ability to stay standing on their feet for extended periods of time. Dishwasher: -The main job of the dishwasher will be to clean dishes utilizing a 4 compartment sink and have them be available at all times for the prep cook and line cooks as well as the rest of the crew to utilize. -This crew member will also need to be familiar with safe food handling procedures as they will be assisting the prep cook in creating hot and cold ingredients from time to time. -This position requires the ability to stay standing on your feet for long periods of time. Training will be offered on the job for this position. Restaurant Cashier: -The cashier will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities:-Maintain inventory at the front counter and drive-thru counter-Operate cash registers-Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant lobby-Provide excellent guest service-Complete accurate sales transactions-Have the ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed-Be able to work as part of a team-Have previous experience in a similar position at a restaurant-Be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays-Training will also be offered on the job to fulfill these duties.
